Lynn Miller is currently the IT Service Management Implementation Manager at First Data Corporation, where she oversees the ITSM implementation of Service Support. Lynn has 20 years of experience in IT at First Data, including Application Development, Command Center Management, and Service Support implementation. Lynn started her ITIL studies in 2006 and was put in charge of the ITSM Implementation in 2007 to manage the Service Desk implementation across the globe at First Data from several different ticket systems. She is currently working on the roll out of the CMDB across First Data.

Lynn has the following ITIL certifications:
· IT Service Management Manager’s Certificate
· IT Service Management Practitioner Certificate in Service Desk / Incident Management

· IT Service Management Practitioner Certificate in Configuration Management
· IT Service Management Foundation Certificate

Lynn is looking forward to discussing the success of the ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management implementation at First Data, along with the many lessons we continue to learn.
